For December 2004:
December 5th at 2:30 pm: Christmas Music and Sing-Along featuring local talent. Emcee: George Jerrett.
Free Admission (Donations for St. George's Accepted
December 12th at 2:30 pm: Newfoundland actor Aiden Flynn performs "Charles Dickens writes A Christmas Carol".

For November 2004:
November 13th at 8:00pm: Jim Payne and Fergus O'Byrne. Two of Newfoundland's most respected performers combine their passion for traditional music and song, as well as their instrumental prowess and humorous repartee, to cover a broad spectrum of Newfoundland folk culture, including songs, stories and dance tunes. Their repertoire includes rousing sea shanties and work songs, poignant ballads, comic ditties, folk tales and recitations, and toe-tapping jigs, reels and polkas on a variety of instruments. Tickets are $10.00 adult and $5.00 for students and will be available at the door.
For October 2004:
October 2nd at 7:00pm: Chris Andrews and Jason Simms. - Chris Andrews (lead singer of Shanneyganock and the Government Rams), is one of Newfoundland's top entertainers due to his stage presence, songwriting and, above all, powerful baritone voice. Combining Newfoundland folk and Irish music with deep lyrical content, his songs produce a memorable experience you won't want to miss.
- Jason Simms (formerly of the Sons of Erin) is a musician of great talent on the Newfoundland music scene. For more than a decade, Jason has been known as a multi- instrumentalist (fiddle, mandolin, guitar, tin whistle and banjo) and singer of contemporary, folk and Newfoundland music. Combining song and music, Jason's voice rings out with a knowledge, energy and passion second to none.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and will be available at the door.
For September 2004:
September 11th at 7:00pm: John and Wilf Curran (from the Masterless Men) with special guests Greg Walsh and Alicia Curran perform Irish music, ballads and stories. Tickets are $10.00 each and are available at O'Brien's Music Store or by calling 709-528-4713.
September 18th at 8:00pm: A. Frank Willis will perform. Here is a link to his website. Ticket prices are $12.00 in advance or $15.00 at the door. Tickets are available at Clarke's Beach Irving and Bartlett's Irving in Bay Roberts.
For August 2004:
August 1st at 7:00pm: Anita Best hosts concert featuring Kelly Russell and Australian singer Spooner. Admission $10.00.
August 2nd at 5:30pm: Mary Dalton will be reading from her book "Merry begot". Sponsered by Canada Council of the Arts. Free Admission.
August 13th at 11:00am: Official Opening. Photos here
August 15th at 11:00am: Blueberry Festival Ecumenical Service. Hosted by Parish of the Ressurection.
August 22nd at 7:00pm: Anita Best hosts concert featuring Shane Mahoney and Sandy Morris. Admission $10.00.
Every Sunday during August: Steps Through Time walking tour of Brigus uses the church grounds as a stage for one of its many scenes.
June 18, 2004
The Newfoundland Symphony Youth Choir will be performing at St. George's Church on Friday, June 18, 2004 at 6:30pm. Admission is Free (Donations Accepted, "Pass The Hat").
June 13, 2004
The Quintessential Vocal Ensemble will be performing at St. George's Church on Sunday, June 13, 2004 at 3:00pm. Tickets are $5.00.
June 6, 2004
Holy Heart Alumnae Choir under the direction of Dr. Valerie Long will be performing "Spring into Song" at St. George's Church. It will take place 7:00pm, Sunday, June 6, 2004. Tickets are $5.00 each. For tickets or more information, call 528-4713.
April 19, 2004
St. George's Church will be holding it's maiden concert on Saturday, April 24th, 2004 at 8:00 pm. Admission is $7.00 by ticket or at the door. The concert will include the following entertainers:
